While we do not have a Refund Policy, however we will gladly accept the product for exchange provided:
- Is returned within 7 days after received the item.
- The item is in good condition
- Has not been altered and washed, with hang tag included
- The exchange applicable for normal price item (sale items are final & non-exchangeable)
- Customer will need to pay for the postage costs (to and fro) of exchange item within 24hours.
- New item will be posted once the exchange item received.
- Customer must include invoice number or purchase receipt.
- NO MONEY IS REFUNDED, only items are returned.
- If the preferred exchange item costs more, additional price will be paid by the customer.
- If the preferred exchange item costs less, the difference will not be refunded but will be treated as credit for future purchase.
Postage charge of
- First item RM8, for the next item,RM1 each per order applied (Semenanjung Malaysia).
- First item RM23, for the next item,RM2 each per order applied (Sabah & Sarawak).
- First item RM50 and the following item costs RM10 each per order applied (Singapore).
