Payment and Delivery
- Easy Payments: It's your call—pay online or enjoy budget-friendly installment plans with Atome and Shopback.
- Currency Conversion: For international orders, currency exchange rates may apply. Your financial institution may charge additional fees for currency conversion. Please check with your bank for details.
- Shipping Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your information during checkout.
- Order Changes: Oops! Once you've placed your order, no more changes. Take a moment to double-check before you hit that final button.
- Quick Processing: Your purchase will be processed within 2 working days. Keep an eye out for an automatically sent tracking number via email once your parcel is booked with our reliable courier.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your parcel. If unsuccessful, they may leave a notification for you to rearrange delivery. Failure to do so within a specified timeframe may result in the return of the parcel to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Delivery Acceptance: Upon receiving your parcel, inspect it for any visible damage before accepting the delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, please inform the courier and, if possible, document the condition before acceptance.
Returns and Exchanges
- Time to Decide: You've got a week (7 days) from receiving your items to exchange or return. Just send them back with the original receipt, tags, and any extras.
- Keep it Fresh: Items should come back to us in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with those original tags still hanging on.
- Our Policy: Hollakidz has the right to say no if things don't meet the conditions above. Fair's fair!
Media Usage
All the awesome pics and media on our site belong to us or someone we've given credit to. Please don't use or reproduce anything without asking us first—it's all reserved!
Product Availability
- Stock Availability: While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, some items may become unavailable after you place an order. In such cases, we'll promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
